Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:

Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients

Provide basic patient care and treatment

Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications

Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment

Educate and update patients on medical treatments
Qualifications:

At least 1 year of Experience working in a LTC or similar facility

Familiarity with medical tools and equipment

Ability to build rapport with patients

Certified Nursing Assistant
We seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team!
Responsibilities:

Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living

Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests

Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team

Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED
• Prior work experience suitable for the position is preferred.
• BLS CPR (American Heart Association) required
• Current Nursing Assistant registry
